This antiqued sterling silver, two-sided, repousse Puffy Heart Charm Number 71 features a mirror image of flowers floating in a Victorian geometric design. Marked, Sterling. Made by Brown County Silver. Vintage and in new, never worn condition. Approximately 30 years old.
