Salt Glazed Heart Jug Charm

This three-dimensional, sterling silver Salt Glazed Heart Jug charm is hand-enameled in tan with a blue heart-with-flowers design. Made by Brown County Silver. Vintage and in brand new, never worn condition. Stoneware jugs were popular from the 1850's to the end of the century. The durability of stoneware makes it commonly found in antique stores but the decorated variety is much rarer and highly collectible. We offer three different miniature salt-glazed pottery pieces.
