This three-dimensional, sterling silver Cowboy Hat charm is hand-enameled in blue and red with silver stars and silver accents. Marked Sterling, Brown County Silver, and S.W.P. for the designer Steven Wesley Patterson. Vintage and in brand new, never worn condition.
